Vandana Bhatnagar
Partner
Vandana is a development strategist with expertise in designing and scaling solutions in skills, livelihoods, WASH, and governance. In her three decades of experience, she has held leadership roles at the World Bank and the National Skill Development Corporation, working at the intersection of policy, finance, institutions, and implementation. She also provides advisory support to several social sector organisations. Vandana is an alumna of St. Stephen's College and IIM Calcutta.

Harish Doraiswamy
Partner
Harish is an education and learning strategist with 30+ years of experience spanning school education, edtech, vocational education and business leadership. He has worked in both corporate and non-profit settings and supported private sector organisations, multilateral funders and governments. Harish has, over the past decade, held senior leadership roles at Central Square Foundation and Pearson India. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta.
